Behavior Technicians are the go to resource for our families awaiting services. You will take joy in helping our clients and families achieve their true potential!  In addition, you’re joining a company that is committed to supporting each employee’s career development through training, clinical supervision and guidance to achieve certifications within the field.

We are seeking dedicated staff for The Enhanced Program.  This program serves families in Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster and Lebanon counties in their homes, schools, communities and at our Elizabethtown, PA treatment center.  This program offers opportunities for consultation from Dr. Hanley’s FTF consulting group and training to conduct PFA/SBT programming.  Interested employees must be comfortable working with clients that engage in more aggressive behaviors and reside within 45 minutes of the aforementioned counties.

Part-time caseloads are available.  Additional hours (up to a full-time caseload) are available based on an employee’s availability, location and credentials.

  • Session duration: 1-7 hours
  • Session times: between 7:00am and 10:00pm
  • Session frequency: 1-7 days per week

Behavior Technician Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree (e.g. education, counseling, psychology, sociology, behavioral health) and related work experience preferred and may be required for certain cases
  • Satisfactory results of required Federal, State and provider specific background checks
  • Adherence to COVID protocols per BII, the case/facility, or local government
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Ability to physically stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and squat while exerting 5-10lbs. constantly, 25lbs. frequently and up to 100lbs. occasionally
