How long have you worked at Behavior Interventions?  How long have you been in this role?

I have worked at Behavior Interventions since March 2011. I have been in this role since February of 2023.

What initially drew you to Behavior Interventions and what keeps you feeling excited about the company and your position? 

At the time the work schedule and pay. I was completing my PHD program in another field but really enjoyed the work and decided to take graduate coursework in ABA and continue my growth in the field. I love seeing the kids progress, the passion and dedication of the staff, and building a community that supports our programs and drives client success.

What are the specific services your treatment center offers?

At Limerick, we offer EIBI center-based services, Home & Community, School Support, as well as CBSI  3 evenings a week. 

What is something exciting that’s happening at your treatment center?

We have grown our programs over the last couple years and built a community of teamwork, support, and appreciation for staff and a shared commitment to client successes.

Is your treatment center currently hiring? Which positions are currently open?

We are hiring! Specifically, we are looking for BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians.
