How long have you worked at Behavior Interventions? How long have you been in this role?
I joined Behavior Interventions in 2024 as the Program Director in King of Prussia.
What initially drew you to Behavior Interventions and what keeps you feeling excited about the company and your position?
What initially drew me to Behavior Interventions was that it is BCBA-operated, with a strong emphasis on clinical quality and ongoing training opportunities for staff. What continues to keep me excited about my role is the people of the organization. There is pride in being part of a team that consistently focuses on delivering high-quality, ethical services to the families we support. What are the specific services your treatment center offers?
We provide comprehensive ABA services across home, school, community, and center-based settings. Within the center, we offer specialized programs including Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) for children ages 2–6, focused on individualized 1:1 support, skill development, and opportunities for socialization.
In addition to client services, we are committed to staff development through a 4-week RBT Bootcamp that provides hands-on training and support for new technicians. We also offer internship and practicum opportunities for individuals pursuing their BCBA, including clinical training, and supervision to build the skills needed for success in the field.
What is something exciting that’s happening at your treatment center?
One exciting development at the treatment center is the continued growth following the move into a new, larger facility this past fall. The expanded space has created new opportunities to enhance programming for clients, including adding themed rooms and increasing training capacity for staff.
In addition, there is a growing focus on developing a center-based social instruction (CBSI) program for school-age clients to build social skills through structured peer interaction with others who have similar developmental needs, further strengthening peer interaction and social learning within the center.
