The Enhanced Program is among the treatments offered at Behavior Interventions. It specializes in the assessment and treatment of behaviors such as aggression, self-injury and property destruction. 

The program is currently available only at the Mount Joy, PA Treatment Center for 7-days a week with full-day and half-day schedules available, depending on clients needs. It is offered for treatment center, school, home and community settings. 

According to Tara Curfman, Program Director at the Mount Joy Treatment Center, this program is “focused on giving a better quality of life to clients and their families”. 

The idea behind this program is that it will provide the support and treatment across many settings that will improve daily living skills of our clients. 

The Enhanced Program includes additional support such as internal and external case consultation, and clinicians with experience and training in the treatment of severe behavior. 

Behavior Interventions is provided weekly consultation with Dr. Mashid Ghaemmaghami from FTF Consulting to develop on-going plans and to problem solve challenges for each of the clients in the Enhanced Program.

To participate in the Enhanced Program clients must be referred through Performcare PA.
